Nielander, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and Family Mediator with 30 years of experience as an attorney in real property, insurance, wills and trusts, maritime and general practice. Mr. Nielander also acts as a Special Magistrate for city code violations.  Mr. Nielander is a Federal Court approved mediator in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
